What your day to day looks like

• Client collaboration - Daily/weekly coordination calls and sprint planning with client teams
• Infrastructure implementation - Designing and deploying infrastructure, dockerizing applications, building deployment pipelines, setting up CI/CD workflows
• Monitoring & observability - Implementing comprehensive monitoring solutions and maintaining system visibility
• Alerting & incident response - Creating alerting systems for clients (on-call responsibilities are client-specific and compensated separately)
• Documentation - Writing clear technical documentation and runbooks for clients and internal teams
• Knowledge sharing - Mentoring team members and transferring expertise to client teams
• Problem solving - Troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and optimizing system performance
• Project ownership - Taking full responsibility for deliverables from planning through implementation
